中学生の時から定期的にLUSHでバスボムを買うことが大好きでした。

 

 

 

期末試験とかの直後に、

学校からの帰り道、LUSHに寄ってご褒美にバスボムを一つ。

 

 

 

あのお店のカラフルな感じとか、

華やかな香りとか、

オーガニックな商品とか。

 

 

 

 

Since I was in middle school, I liked getting the LUSH bath bomb. After mid-terms or final exams, I went to LUSH after school and bought a bath bomb to spoil myself.

 

I really enjoy the smell of stores, the colorful vibe, and organic products.

Escaping to the bath time with a bath bomb, water, and a book has been my relaxing method for so long.

 

 

 

そんなわたしが最近まで本気で気になっていたのが、

LUSH SPA！！！

 

 

 

やっと時間が出来たので、体験しに行ってきました♡

 

 

AND FINALLY, I had a chance to try out the LUSH SPA I had been interested in for very long!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

去年のお誕生日に弟がプレゼントとしてくれたSPAの券。

 

My brother gave me the SPA invitation as my birthday gift last year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SPAに着いたら、

店員さんがセラピストさんにご案内してくださいました。

 

 

 

A staff over there escorted me to a therapist when I arrived.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

LUSHのお店とは一変、

 

とても静かで心地よい空間。

 

 

Different from the store itself, the SPA was quiet and very comfortable, and had an welcoming atmosphere.

 

 

 

今回は”TAILOR MADE“を体験しました。

 

トリートメント自体は30分で集中的に凝っている部分を揉みほぐしてくれるものですが、

前後にコンサルテーションとかを入れて60分ほどのものです。

 

 

 

どこを中心的にほぐしたいか、

どのマッサージバーを使用したいかを選びます。

 

 

This time, I tried “TAILOR MADE.” A treatment itself is only 30 minutes and gives you deep tissue massage but it would take about 60 minutes including a consultation with a therapist.

 

 

 

 

バスボムは、香りを楽しむため、

 

マッサージバーは、オイル用。

 

全部選んだら、

トリートメントルームへ♡

 

 

 

After choosing which body parts you want to be focused and a massage bar, you will be escorted to a treatment room.

 

 

お部屋もトリートメントの種類によって

デコレーション、音楽も変わってきます。

 

 

Tailor Madeは、他のマッサージと比べて、体をリフレッシュさせることにフォーカス。

 

テーマが海とパイレーツ。

 

 

（と、言われてPirates of Caribbeanを思い浮かべ、大丈夫か？と思ったのは内緒。笑

本当に素敵なセラピーでした。)

 

 

The room decoration and the music would change depending on which treatment you choose!

 

 

The theme of Tailor Made is “Ocean and Pirates.”

 

(When I heard of pirates, I instantly thought of Pirates of Caribbean and I wasn’t very sure about this treatment at first. lol but it was amazing.)

 

 

 

海の上を思い出させるような青い雰囲気の中、

しっかりと凝りをほぐして頂きました。

 

 

 

あっという間でしたが、

大好きな香りに包まれて、

 

久々に心の底からリラックスが出来ました。

 

 

30 minutes in the ocean theme room with music passed very quick but I was able to relax mentally and physically very much.

 

 

 

 

最後は、コンサルを受けたお部屋に戻って、

お紅茶を。

 

 

After the treatment, I came back to the first room and was served a cup of tea.

 

 

 

 

こちらも、トリートメントごとに違ってくるそうで、

パイレーツの好きなお酒、ラムを数滴紅茶に入れて、風味をかえるという遊び心のあるサービス。

 

 

 

このクッキー、ビーガンクッキーなのですが、とっても美味しかった！

 

 

These retreats are also changing depending on your choice of treatment.

The interesting part of this was you add a few drops of rum in your tea to enjoy the flavor! FUN till the end!

These vegan cookies were very tasty too.
